She finally wrote to her fans, telling them that she chose to keep her pregnancy private, hoping to protect her child from any added stress.
She wrote that the process of becoming a mother “has been the most beautiful, empowering, and life changing experience” she’s ever had. She wrote, “I’ve never felt love and happiness like this. I could burst.”
While the Kardashian sisters have publicly supported Planned Parenthood, Jenner’s message of empowerment in motherhood clearly contradicts the messages of the abortion industry.
Every day, our culture tells young women like Jenner that abortion is empowering. Despite this pressure, Jenner chose life and has openly exclaimed that her choice for motherhood has empowered her and given her the happiness that an abortion could never bring.
