Adrian Rodriguez comes from the Sunshine State of Florida (Naples to be exact). He has a degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida Southwestern State College and has worked for the last 5 years at a performing arts center doing event management.
He calls himself a “typical Floridian” because he enjoys being a beach bum, hanging by the pool, kayaking, playing volleyball, and exercising. Apart from his Florida interests, he also loves to watch old movies, read books on theology, and attend orchestra performances. Since moving to Colorado, he has a newfound love for hiking beautiful trails, discovering random coffee shops, and testing his skills at indoor rock climbing.
Adrian puts his events background to use as the Campaigns Manager. He oversees multiple fundraising campaigns, keeps communication between departments and helps coordinate events for Save the Storks.
This role is the perfect fit for his detail oriented personality. “Some may say I’m type A,” he says, “however, I love being able to put those skills to use in what I do for an organization I care deeply about. I also love meeting new people and hearing their stories.” This love for organization recently resulted in him organizing the office storage room (we’re talking a crazy amount of labels and color coding).
He is the self proclaimed “healthiest eater in the office” which is probably why you’ll find him in the office kitchen every morning blending his post-workout protein shakes.
When asked what advice he would give someone considering full-time pro-life work, Adrian said, “Ultimately, the reason others should be involved in the pro-life movement is because we need you. We need your unique talents and skills to help create change. Only together can we make that happen.”
