A Texas native, Lauren moved to Colorado in 2010 and attended Colorado Christian University and UCCS to earn her BA in Geography and Environmental Studies. Following graduation, she taught 2nd grade at a local elementary for three years before coming to Storks as an Administrative Assistant to the Innovation Team.
Lauren also fits in working as an instructor at two local fitness studios, but when she’s not at Storks or working out, you might find her tucked away at a little coffee shop reading a WWII novel or browsing travel sites to feed her thirst for adventures across the pond. So far she has enjoyed trips to Australia, New Zealand, Spain, France, England, and the Netherlands, with her sights set on more exotic locations in the years to come. In New Zealand Lauren fulfilled her lifelong “nerdy” dream to visit the Lord of the Rings movie set!
While Lauren loved teaching and impacting young lives and minds in the educational field, she believes that women choosing life is where it all begins, and looks forward to the many ways she can make a difference while helping the Innovation Team think outside the box to provide options for moms and families around the country.
