National Women’s Health Clinic Manager

Job Summary:
The National Women’s Health Clinic Manager serves as the primary point of contact for the National Partner Program – Women’s Health Clinics, overseeing clinic acquisition, operations, and strategic development. This role ensures seamless program execution, cultivates relationships with partners, and works collaboratively with internal teams to enhance offerings and provide impactful support to pregnancy resource centers and other life-affirming ministries. The manager will focus on recruiting high-caliber medical clinics, managing partner benefits, and ensuring program effectiveness while aligning with Save the Storks’ mission to empower women and support life. This position reports directly to the Director of Women and Maternal Health Clinic Partnerships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner Program Process and Management (50%)
- Evaluate and enhance Partner Program systems and processes quarterly to ensure our offerings, communication, and support remain effective and relevant.
- Vet, identify, and onboard new and existing partners into one of the clinical model tiers, while clearly communicating expectations to clinics and learning about their medical service expansion plans.
- Meet and exceed department goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring effective execution of program initiatives.
- Identify training opportunities and ensure clear, consistent communication with partners through emails, announcements, and care tasks.
- Assess team structure and performance, addressing staffing needs and facilitating adjustments when necessary.
- Evaluate and refine “BOOKING Link” to reflect our meeting offerings and up to date staff availabilities.
- Oversee and collaboratively delegate responsibilities for events hosted or attended by the National Partner Program, including Save the Storks’ Flyway Annual Conference.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure partner feedback surveys are administered with 85% completion rate
- All clinics are aware of their level of tiers with 3% of the clinics advancing to the next tier
- Achieve a 20% annual increase in webinar participation/attendance.
- Partner Program Acquisition (25%)
- Lead recruitment efforts for high-caliber medical pregnancy health clinics, targeting intermediate and advanced-tier partnerships.
- Manage the application evaluation process, creating Action Plans for potential partners.
- Oversee the leads/acquisition process, ensuring prospective partners receive necessary information and effective onboarding.
- Attend, sponsor, or host events that drive awareness, medical knowledge, and partner acquisition.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Onboard at least 1high-caliber clinic quarterly to our partner program.
- Attend, sponsor, or host 1-2 events quarterly focused on acquisition and network growth.
- Partner Account and Benefits Management (25%)
- Manage designated partner accounts, maintain communication through Mailchimp, Booking, and other CRM efforts to ensure nurturing of these partnerships.
- Ensure that partners are aware of and actively participating in program benefits, grant applications, and offerings.
- Collaborate with the Director and Mobile Manager to design programs and work with the Grants and Programs Administrative Specialist to track and recognize certified partners.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct quarterly reviews in collaboration with the Grant and Program Administrative Specialist on grant processes and opportunities for Women’s Health Clinics.
- Facilitate partner certification processes and create recognition experiences for completed certifications.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Director of Women and Maternal Health Clinic Partnerships to align with program goals.
- Research, host, sponsor, and/or attend events that promote the awareness, growth, and development of the National Partner Program and its partners.
- Research and evaluate new vendors, contractors, resources, and training opportunities to enhance program offerings.
- Oversee WHC related grant processes, collaborating with the Grant and Program Administrative Specialist.
- Partner with the Mobile Health Clinic Manager and Grants and Programs Administrative Specialist to design cohort training programs.
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proven experience in program development and partner relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and improve processes to ensure program effectiveness and growth.
- Expertise in event planning and project management
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM platforms is a plus
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Mailchimp is a plus
- Experience with AAAHC accreditation processes and a healthcare background is strongly preferred
Physical and Other Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Travel required up to 50% of the year
